Placed an order on 3/15/22 for various hair products and didn’t receive confirmation. I reached out to them ten days later inquiring about an update wondering if the order was being processed or shipped. I received an auto generated email stating that the “item is no longer available” and that my entire order was being cancelled/refunded. All four of my items are no longer available?! You don’t have inventory to ship to your customers? This company is not reliable so do not waste your time. Even if you’re saving a few dollars through a discount code, it’s not worth the hassle.

I placed an order and did not receive confirmation of the order being processed or shipped. After 10 days I reached out to B Glowing to inquire about my order of various hair products. They proceeded to cancel my entire order and stated in a generic automated email with the message "item is no longer available". All four items are no longer available? Do you not have the inventory to ship to your customers? Why not have a customer service rep reach out to me to offer alternatives? They obviously don't care about their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere for my Oribe hair products. I don't recommend this company so beware!

Extremely slow shipping. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered anything from this website.

I spent $73 on two eye cream. I bought because it said you can return within 30 days. I used for about 14 days and it was making the area around my eyes itch. I asked for a way to return it. I was told that I could not return it because I purchased it on sale. The fine print says returns on non-sale items. Here's exactly what it says for returns"If for some reason you are not happy with your non-sale, gently used, item within 30 days of receipt." I would never have tried this product if I would have know this.

I placed my first ever order with this website on 2/8/22 for $320.84. Website says shipments are are within 48 hours. It is now 2/13 and I still have not received confirmation of my order shipped out. I emailed them also 2/11/22 with no response. I found their instagram page and left a comment regarding my order not having been shipped on 2/12, no response to that either.

I am extremely upset. I emailed them again today wanting answers as to where my order is and what is the reason for this delay. I expect an EXPEDITED shipping now at this point, or MY MONEY BACK. I want answer and I want my order.

Found the CEO's instagram page via her comments placed all over the b-glowing instagram page praising their posts -- her instagram is "dawnlfrancisco" --- she should be ashamed of all of these negative experiences with her company. Awful operation practices!!

Update 2/15: Updating because I am not in the business of hurting businesses, and want to give full transparency. You can imagine the gut wrenching feeling of spending over a thousand dollars, and then having your order go into a black hole. The anxiety of not being able to reach anyone through multiple methods and crossing your fingers that you can get your money back after so much time has passed with no product to show for your money. That’s why I wrote this review. However…
A leadership member of this company did reach-out to me to apologize for what happened with my transaction, and it appears that the handling of my order was just an edge case. They did send a succulent to my home as a gift, and it did arrive from their company so they are indeed legit.
I cannot speak to anything else with product, customer service, shipping, etc as my order was canceled and refunded by PayPal. In the spirit of being transparent and honest though they are a real company.

Another bright side - TrustPilot helped this company to get the message, when no other means was working, so this website does help.

Update 2/10. PayPal refunded my money after investigating this company. They also received no response from the company and did not reach them in any method they tried. This is definitely not a legitimate business. Nearly a month of not having access to my money I spent on this purchase. Multiple attempts and methods to connect with them, and no response.

I purchased over $1.2k of products and vitamins on 1/16. The website states orders ship within two business days. It’s been 9 business days and I have heard nothing, nor received a tracking number. I’ve called their number, which says “user busy” and nobody answers. I’ve tried the chat feature and it’s always offline. I’ve tried emailing, multiple times, with no response. I filed a claim with PayPal and they are handling, but at this point I am inclined to say it’s a fake company and if you spend your money here, use a card that will offer buyer protection because you will need it.

It took 3 weeks to finally receive my package. I shopped during their holiday sale. It arrived on Christmas eve with THE WRONG PRODUCTS INSIDE.

I love this store!
I’ve been shopping there for years and find the coolest beauty products.
I really trust their taste!
